CEO & FounderDr. Brian Morin received his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees from the Ohio State University and began his career at DuPont and Milliken. Brian loves children and has served as a Guardian ad Litem, serves the youth in his church and hosted foreign orphans in his home. As Co-Founder and CEO, Brian serves the consortium by leading the commercialization of innovative technology.

Dr. Eric Darcy held a 30-year career at NASA in the areas of battery design, verification, and safety assessments for the rigors of manned spacecraft applications. As Battery Technical Discipline Lead, he focused on the development of safe, high-performing battery systems. He joined Soteria as Co-CTO to help develop safer cells for critical applications.

Joe Turner has been in the lithium-ion battery industry since 2002. Joe helped develop LFP production at Valence Technologies, spent 11 years in cell design and production at K2 Energy, and managed cell development and testing at Coulometrics.
